This one came down to, once again, putting the IMDB lists of two people side by side and counting the number of movies I enjoyed. Results? Winona Ryder 8, Angelina Jolie 8. They’ve both done really interesting and challenging cinema. They’ve both expressed a range from comedy, to drama, to character study, to sci-fi. They’re both multiple award winners, although Winona doesn’t have an oscar. Angelina let herself down doing Wanted. But Winona was in the Star Trek reboot.
How the hell do I choose between these two?
Well… they were both in Girl Interrupted! So whoever wins, that’ll definitely be ‘A Movie With My Favourite Actress’, right?
Yay! I get to not choose!
